Come hear from the candidates for Seattle DSA’s Electoral Working Group Steering Committee! These elected leaders will be responsible for facilitating the work of our Planning and Operations subcommittees, chairing our meetings, and helping plan SDSA’s electoral strategy. And be sure to request a ballot to vote in the Steering Committee elections using this form. Eligible members who complete the form will be emailed an OpaVote ballot after the forum – keep an eye on your email. Seattle DSA members who have participated in any combination of the following actions at least 2 times in the past year will be considered eligible to vote in SC elections:
- EWG monthly meeting
- Electoral Strategy Reading Group Discussion/Electoral 101
- Planning Subcommittee Meeting
- Socialists in Office Committee Meeting
- Supported campaign operations (field, phonebanking, comms, fundraising etc.) for a chapter endorsed electoral campaign
