To ensure we can have an impact through these campaigns and take steps toward a Seattle DSA publication\, we’ll need to make sure we can afford our staff! \n\nWe’ll be phonebanking Seattle DSA members to get to know our members\, chat about the campaigns and to give them the opportunity to contribute to the success of the chapter by donating. DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Seattle DSA members this Wednesday! \n\nSeattle DSA is taking on the billionaire class locally through our campaigns to Raise the Wage in Renton\, Matthew Mitnick for D4\, and more! \n\nIn October of last year the chapter voted to hire 2 part time staff to help us maximize our impact and to grow DSA and spread the ideas of socialism. To ensure we can have an impact through these campaigns and take steps toward a Seattle DSA publication\, we’ll need to make sure we can afford our staff! \n\nWe’ll be phonebanking Seattle DSA members to get to know our members\, chat about the campaigns and to give them the opportunity to contribute to the success of the chapter by donating and signing up for local dues. DESCRIPTION:Organizing\, naturally\, takes work\, but just as important\, organizing is about community\, it’s about people. Join me in my lunch hour as I host my very first virtual open office hours — available for our membership.
