1-on-1 organizer training

This training will get you ready to speak with new members about how they can begin getting involved in the work of Seattle DSA. Some people who join are motivated enough to just start showing up to meetings, but often a more personal touch of directly reaching out to folks is really appreciated and can help people clear the initial hurdles of figuring out how to operate in an organization like DSA.
While you don’t need to be an expert that’s been a part of every working group to talk about DSA with people, if you are a brand new member (ie. you joined in the last 2-3 months), this is probably not an ideal fit for you at the moment; it will be difficult to explain how to get more involved in DSA if it’s not an experience you’ve had yet. If you aren’t sure if it makes sense for you to do, give me an email or call and we’ll talk about it!
