Join Seattle DSA and the Sex Worker Outreach Project (SWOP) for a screening of the documentary Live Nude Girls Unite! The film explores the organizing drive behind the unionization of workers at the Lusty Lady in San Francisco.
Our special guests for the evening are SWOP members who will be introducing the film. You do not need to be a Seattle DSA member to attend the screening.
Cost: $5-10 suggested donation (but no one will be turned away). All donations will go to SWOP. Free popcorn!
SWOP is a national network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of people involved in the sex trade and their communities, focused on ending violence and stigma through education and advocacy.
Note about accessibility: The building has a ramp, but there are two small steps at the entrance and two more inside the theater. The building does have gender-neutral restrooms.
