D3 Meeting – Impeachment: How Should DSA and the Left Respond?

Now that the impeachment train has left the station, at least, in the House of Representatives, how should DSA and the left should respond? The corporate wing of the Democratic Party will try to use impeachment to restore faith in the Democratic Party and capitalist government and to demobilize working people. How can DSA use impeachment as a fulcrum to move people into struggle? How can it be used to expose the corporate wing of the Democratic Party without alienating working people and youth who are determined to get rid of Trump? Should DSA call for days of action? Occupy Republican Senators offices? Or should DSA and the Left focus on getting Bernie elected and building social movements instead?
