Join us 6:45 Thursday 6/22 at Urban Luxe Cafe, to kick off discussions of two technical visions for a 100% renewable energy future, and barriers/strategies for getting there. The plan is to have each gotten started reading one of these two books (your choice which) to inform the discussion–Electrify: An Optimist’s Playbook for Our Clean Energy Future by Saul Griffith, OR No Miracles Needed: How Today’s Technology Can Save Our Climate and Clean Our Air by Mark Jacobson. From there we’ll figure out the pace for finishing them.
You don’t have to live in District 4 or 5, and feel free to join the conversation even if you haven’t had time to read! All are welcome.
