A new political education series to sharpen our thinking and communication skills in our organizing for democratic socialism. Many areas of practice will be addressed and tied into the struggle to create an Ecosocialist society. Everyone is welcome to join via Zoom for now; we will meet in D4 or D5 when we can again meet in person. This group will start off with articles or book chapters/excerpts to make it easier for everyone to attend when they can.
On Thursday, April 7 we will be reading, “For a Libertarian Communism,” an article published in English for the first time in 2017 of work by the French revolutionary activist and historian Daniel Guerin (1904-1988). The article explores a synthesis between Marxism and anarchism.
