On Thursday, May 5 at 6:30 pm we will be reading the last five sections/essays of “For a Libertarian Communism”: “The French Revolution De-Jacobinized“, “Two Indictments of Communism“, “May, a Continuity, a Renewal” “Self-Management in Revolutionary Spain, 1936–1937“, and “Libertarian Communism, the Only Real Communism“. These are a collection of writings by the French revolutionary activist and historian Daniel Guerin (1904-1988), published in English for the first time in 2017. The articles explore a synthesis between Marxism and anarchism.
