Eastside Branch Meeting

Join Seattle DSA’s Eastside branch on the third Sunday of each month for a meeting and get-together! In May we’ll be meeting at the Redmond Public Library on May 20, before retiring to Soul Food for some snacks and relaxation!

This get-together is open to members of the Democratic Socialists of America, non-members who are interested in learning more about the group, and anyone else who’d like to get acquainted with the DSA and its activities. Bring a friend or two who might like to learn more about the group, or who would just like to spend some time with like-minded people in a relaxed environment.

Informational material about the DSA and Democratic Socialism will be available.

Parking: There are parking lots and street parking at both locations. There is also a parking lot roughly equidistant between the two locations, just a moderate walk away at Leary Way and Bear Creek.

Transit: The Redmond Transit Center is just around the corner and a couple of blocks away, about a ten minute walk.

There is no fee or donation to attend this event, but I do encourage members to plan to have a drink or a small snack at Soul Food. They’re being very kind to help us host this event, and it would be considerate to spend some money there.
