Comrades – it’s been an incredible year of electoral wins for our chapter!
This February, we won the highest minimum wage in the country for Renton workers after 13 months of our tireless work on Raise the Wage Renton.
Then, we pivoted immediately into Palestine solidarity working bottom lining over 400,000 calls and texts in just ONE week for Vote Uncommitted WA to send a message to Joe Biden to stop funding war and genocide in Gaza. It’s been an unprecedented year for our EWG, and we have exciting work coming down the pipeline between I-137 and other potential campaigns in Seattle!
Join us as we reflect on the past year of hard work and strategize on moving forward to continue building towards a socialism in Seattle!
