Come join Homegrown pickets this week!! Workers are picketing and talking to customers ahead of our bargaining to maximize our pressure to the company and win our contract.
Homegrown Workers have been bargaining since the beginning of the year and won many of their demands. But at the last bargaining session, company has made it clear that they’re not going to respect what workers are fighting for.
Homegrown Workers are still fighting for:
-Affordable Healthcare for Families
-$20.50 Starting Pay
-No Subcontracting Union Workers Jobs
-To Keep their Contract Even if the Owner Decides to Sell the Company
