How to Stop School Closures – Strategy Meeting
Seattle DSA’s SOS – Save Our Schools Working Group invites you to our meeting to discuss how we can fight the plans for school closures, cuts, and laying off educators. This past week 350 parents rallied outside of and spoke out against school closures and cuts at the Seattle School Board meeting during public comment. Out of that, we learned that some school board members may vote against the closures under pressure. Lets come together and discuss how we can mobilize to the next Seattle School Board Meeting on October 9. Childcare provided.
