This year’s elections promise to be historic, both here in Seattle, NYC, and beyond. What do the elections tell us about the Democratic Party? How will/can Mamdani and Katie Wilson win their campaign’s demands that inspired millions (assuming they get elected)? What are some potential challenges and dangers for Mamdani and Wilson? What role can Seattle DSA, and DSA writ large, play in winning the campaign demands and holding the electeds to account?Â
