📢 At our February GMM, Seattle DSA voted to endorse Mike Westgaard’s campaign for Renton City Council! 📢
Mike is a proud union member and longtime Seattle DSA member – his campaign envisions connecting our chapter to the organized labor movement and the working class struggle in South King County. Mike is a champion for housing and transit for all, ending the war on drugs, and defending Raise the Wage Renton!
Mike is running as a democratic socialist in a grassroots campaign against a Chamber of Commerce backed establishment incumbent – to win he will need OUR HELP! Come table for Mike Westgaard’s campaign for Renton City Council! Let’s elect someone who will fight for working people.
We’ll meet at the Renton Downtown Library, then take off for various locations to talk to Renton voters, and gather signatures to get Mike on the ballot.
Dress for cold and wet weather.
