Mike for Renton ✪ General Kick-Off Canvass ✪

The general election is on!!! Mike is through the primary but is behind the Amazon-backed incumbent – however we earned nearly 5,000 votes for our openly democratic socialist candidate, almost 4x more than the number of votes for Mike in 2023! The way we close the gap to the incumbent and win is by renewing our door-knocking drive and sharing Mike’s message of democratic socialism and economic justice with more voters.
The stakes are high – without your help Mike and Seattle DSA cannot win this election! We’re starting off with a General Election Kick-Off Canvass on Sat. September 6th, 11AM. Come show our support for the campaign and build up the energy needed for the rest of the general! RSVP to add the canvass to your calendar and help us get a headcount. Location is TBD, an announcement will be made by email to RSVPs.
First time and returning canvassers are welcome. We will provide training before the canvass. We will also organize carpools, please note your carpool needs in the Action Network RSVP form. Social to follow. Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
