Councilmembers Teresa Mosqueda (Citywide, Position 8), Lorena González (Citywide, Position 9), and Mike O’Brien (District 6) are hosting a North Seattle Town Hall along with members of the Progressive Revenue Task Force. This event will include a presentation on the proposed Progressive Business Tax (AKA the Employee Hours Tax, or Bosses’ Tax), as well as community questions and feedback.
Join Seattle DSA and our ally organizations to voice our support for a tax on big business to fund affordable housing! Don’t let the Chamber of Commerce drown out the will of the people!
