Join District 5 members for a dynamic discussion group on the reading “Reform or Revolution” by Rose Luxemburg this coming SUNDAY at NOON. We’ll be reading and discussing the Chapters 1-4 (less than 20 pages).
This reading deals with the questions of whether we should fight for reforms and, if so, how? Can we reform our way to socialism? Is it enough to elect a majority of socialist representatives? Is it possible to reform the capitalist system? Or do we need to overthrow capitalism with a mass movement and a revolutionary party of the working class?
Bring your thoughts, ideas, and questions! Even if you don’t have time to read all of it (or any of it!), come anyway!
