Socialist Night School

October 28, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Socialist Night School is an open course that provides a chance to develop our politics together, regardless of background knowledge or whether you’ve attended a class before. New members and lifelong socialists, all are welcome! To sign up for our mailing list or to find out more, e-mail us at [email protected]

For our October session, session we will be haunted by the ghost of a movement from the 1960s: Students for a Democratic Society. What we can learn from the rise and fall of SDS? What external and internal factors contributed to its collapse? We’ll also discuss the Camejo piece “Liberalism, Ultraleftism, or Mass Action” in this context. If we want to prepare for the future, we need to learn from the past.

We hope to see you there!
