Solidarity Event: Art Workers Union Flyer Dissemination Party

COMRADES: Workers in the Art Workers Union at the Frye Art Museum are currently in contract negotiations with management to win their first collective bargaining agreement. But management is being less than awesome. They’ve brought in outside security contractors and instituted a hiring freeze for new security staff who would be part of the UNION while still messing with folks schedules and only paying minimum wage.

Tonight the Frye is having an event and we want to make sure that patrons know that UNIONISTS WON’T BACK DOWN, AND WON’T BE BROKEN.

Join your DSA Labor comrades and Art Workers Union members TONIGHT to pass out flyers to members, get petition signatures, and make sure guests know how the Frye continues to mistreat and antagonize its workers.
