Stop the Sweeps and allied groups are holding a rally outside city hall to protest Mayor Bruce Harrell’s abusive anti-homeless policies and pressure city hall not to allocate more funds to it in the coming budget. Come and show city hall that we don’t support wasting public funds on violence against the poor!
