UAW 4121 postdocs and research scientists units both voted overwhelming to authorize a strike in response to UW administration’s continuous stalling on bargaining. You can check the Seattle DSA statement in solidarity here. We have a solid number of DSA members in UAW 4121 and we are looking to start building community support for their ongoing contract fight. Join us to gather petition signatures and to talk to community members about the ongoing bargaining fight.
Meet at the Quad on UW campus (Pierce Ln, Seattle, WA 98195) in front of Smith Hall.
