Why should your boss get away with treating you badly? Whether it’s being overlooked, leered at, or just not respected, organizing with your coworkers can help you strike back and win better conditions.
LISTEN
Join us as we listen to workers’ stories, all from different workplaces. Hear about how they took action, the tactics they used, and the results they had.
PLAN
We will break into small groups and you’ll analyze your workplace and make plans for how you and your coworkers can organize for the better.
BUILD
You will take home resources on your rights at work, readings about past & current struggles, and information about further trainings that can help you change your workplace!
Location is fully wheelchair accessible. Masking is strongly encouraged and masks will be provided.
