Hunger Strike – Solidarity Rally

“Hundreds of people detained at the Tacoma immigration prison call for an end to the abuses and violations of their human rights by declaring a hunger strike, and some added a work stoppage. It is our responsibility to follow their leadership and show up to ensure that public pressure helps sustain their struggle. Come and join us at the second rally of the week and join the demand to shutdown this prison and immediate release of every single person imprisoned in there. The strike will last until Wednesday.”
