Join northeast Seattle comrades at Cafe on the Ave, 6:15 Thursday 1/5, for a discussion of the Introduction and Chapter 1 of Half-Earth Socialism by Troy Vetesse and Drew Pendergrass (very reasonably priced from Verso). The book provocatively contemplates life after capitalism, reversing climate disaster, and mechanisms of socialist governance.
You don’t have to live in District 4 or 5, and feel free to join the conversation even if you haven’t had time to read! All are welcome.
