Vigil for Aysenur Ezgi Eygi

UW graduate Aysenur Ezgi Eygi was shot and killed on Sept 6 by the IDF while peacefully protesting the illegal occupation of the West Bank. Please join this vigil and honor the request of the family that political messaging be limited to a demand for an investigation. Guests are encouraged to bring flowers, candles, photos of Ayşenur, cards, posters, artistic pieces, blankets, foldable chairs, and umbrellas in case of rain.
If folks feel called to do so, finger food or sweets to share are welcome. But if dropping off food, fill out form tinyurl.com/vigilfoodsignup, and label items with ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions (halal, kosher, vegan etc.)
