The PRO Act, if passed, could set off a prairie fire of workplace organizing and unionization efforts. Biden and the majority of the Democratic Party has come out in favor of the Act but intransigent resistance from the GOP and big business, expressed through the filibuster, promises to scuttle the bill. What is the PRO Act? If the Democrats support it, does it mean that the Democrats are less pro-corporate now? How should labor and socialists fight for the bill? What’s the role of socialists in the labor movement? Â
