Seattle DSA helped score a win! SDSA helped pressure Inslee through phone zaps and a petition/letter campaign to extend the eviction moratorium by 7 weeks, a ban on late fees, and a freeze on rent increases!  Let’s keep up the pressure for a rent suspension/forgiveness!
Join D1 members in phonebanking SDSA members in District 1 to reach out and connect during these trying times and to talk about the win and continuing the campaign to demand Governor Inslee and other officials decree a rent suspension/forgiveness.
We’ll also be plugging our weekly D1 meetings (Saturdays at 4pm). Now more than ever, it’s critical that we stay engaged and grow our movement. The only solution to the pandemic is mass solidarity!
We’ll have a call to prepare and get everyone on the auto-dialer the chapter uses to make calls.
